1. The parties

The EditProAI service (the “Service”) is provided by [company name / sole trader, IDNO, address]. Contact: linux9931@gmail.com.

2. What the service does

The Service gives access to artificial-intelligence models from third-party developers for creating text, images, video and audio. The Service is not the developer of those models.

3. Credits and payment

Generations are paid with internal credits. Credits are bought in packs, they are not money, and they cannot be exchanged for money. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. Unused credits do not expire while the account is active.

4. Rules of use

It is forbidden to create illegal content, sexual material involving minors, content that infringes other people’s rights, deepfakes of real people without their consent, and to use the Service for fraud or spam. A breach leads to the account being blocked without a refund of credits.

5. The results

The rights to the content you create belong to you, within the limits of the model providers’ licences and the law. AI results can contain mistakes — check anything important.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party models, and we are not responsible for how you use the results.

7. Changes

We may change credit prices and the list of models. Credits you have already bought stay in the account.
